CLASSES available via Zoom for those it is more convenient for, for those whom are unable to attend a local class as live further afield or for those whom have a specific health condition therefore making it difficult to leave the house.

All classes are small, friendly and a maximum of 10 (when taught in the hall) for more individual attention.
You will be required to have your own mat and any equipment required for a class (you will be notified in advance of what you will need).
The use of small equipment such as; dumbells, weighted balls, Pilates soft ball, resistance bands, foam roller and the Pilates circle are used regularly in class sessions (I can recommend other substitutions for this equipment if you do not have any of these items). If however, you would like to purchase any of the equipment, please let me know and I can recommend suppliers.
MATWORK Mixed ability Pilates class. Different level modifications will be given appropriate to ability.
OLDER ADULTS A Pilates based exercise class. Class work involves a mix of standing, seated and matwork. The ability to transfer to the floor with or without the use of a chair is required.
CHAIR BASED A Pilates based exercise class taught seated on a chair.
Suitable for those who find it difficult or do not have the ability to get down onto the floor to do exercise.
All classes are usually run in x6 week blocks.
*Payment options for Matwork and Older Adult classes: pay for block upfront x6 @ £66 or pay as you go if a space is available @ £13 per class.
*Payment options for Chair Based classes: pay for block upfront x6 @ £54 or pay as you go if a space is available @ £11 per class.
*Please note* All class blocks are booked and paid for prior to the new block commencing to secure your place. If you would like to pay as you go, please note a space is not guaranteed and you would need to check if a space is available prior to attending.
If you have had no previous experience in Pilates, I would advise a one to one session with me before commencing any classes. This will teach you all the basics and help you to feel more confident in a class situation. Please contact me to arrange this.
